The Devon Mansions & Hartland House Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) is a voluntary organisation which was founded in 2025 by residents and leaseholders of Devon Mansions and Hartland House in London Borough of Southwark (LBS)
The aim of our TRA is to build an active community of people who share common goals, to organise community events and to empower members who can collectively voice their concerns to Southwark Council and work together with them to improve the quality of our buildings and living environment.
The TRA shares the interest of all tenants and leaseholders within the buildings, arrange community events and work closely with officers from the council to communicate issues brought to us by TRA members.
We will hold an Annual General Meeting once a year in May for all members and committee meetings 6 times a year which members can also ask to attend.

TRA constitution is a set of rules that outlines how the organisation is set up and operates.
